Our Content

The MelodyLingo platform, including its design, code, AI models, and original educational materials, are owned by MelodyLingo and protected by copyright laws.

Third-Party Content

Song lyrics and music are owned by their respective artists, labels, and publishers. We use this content under fair use for educational purposes. YouTube videos are embedded from YouTube's public API and remain the property of their uploaders.

Your Data

You retain ownership of your learning progress, bookmarks, and user-generated content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MelodyLingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Errors in AI-generated content
• Third-party actions or content

You may NOT:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the platform
• Use automated bots or scripts
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Download or redistribute copyrighted music

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Pose a security risk

You may delete your account anytime through account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

MelodyLingo integrates with third-party services:

• Google Gemini AI: Quiz generation and explanations
• Supabase: Data storage and authentication
• Lyrics APIs: Lyrics retrieval services

You agree to comply with the terms of these third-party services. We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or availability.
